<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A Florida mechanics lien must generally be recorded no later than 90 days after your final furnishing of labor, services, or materials. This is one of the most important deadlines in the entire lien process.</span></p>

Those activities may not extend the deadline. The safest approach is to track the last date you substantially provided lienable work or materials.</span></p>
